The Forest Lake Christian tennis team finished with a 5-4 win at home against Golden Sierra Wednesday.

The Falcons’ girls carried the team, led by No. 1 singles standout Megan Wieczorek, who posted a 6-0, 6-0 win over the Grizzlies’ Carrie Nissen. Jenny Johnson defeated Evelyn Peterson 6-7 (10-8), 6-1 at No. 2 girls singles.

Chelsea Hansona nd Ali Robinson were 10-1 winners at No. 1 doubles while Sara Shackelford and Jen Menary won 10-4 at No. 2.

Mike Trejo and Tony Nicosia defeated David Canady and Kyle Massa 10-7 at No. 2 boys doubles to clinch the win.

Golden Sierra’s Sonny Hannon beat Thomas Coibion 2-6, 6-4, 6-3 at No. 1 singles.
