ACSI Student Leadership Camp

Each year the Associated Student Council heads down to the Mt. Hermon campgrounds in Scotts Valley to embark on a wonderful adventure called “Leadership Camp”. This event is hosted by our Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). The three day retreat was fabulous. It was informational, inspirational, and immensely fun.

We left school on the morning of Wednesday, November 12th. Even though the camp is four hours away from school the time flew by as we chatted and enjoyed each other’s company. We spent our time at the retreat in many different ways. We sat in on sessions with our keynote speaker Ben Williams (professor at Bryan College in Tennessee), met with other councils from various Christian schools in attendance, and spent time in planning with our own council.
