2009 - 2010 School Year

Enrollment Information: An entrance exam and interview is required for Fourth through Twelfth Grade students. An interview and evaluation by a teacher is required for Pre-Kindergarten through Third Grade students. An Application for Enrollment and Enrollment Contract must be completed and a registration fee paid in order to complete enrollment.

Entrance Evaluation & Applications Fees

Entrance evaluation/exams/application fees are payable at the time of evaluation/exam and/or interview. These fees apply only to students applying to forest Lake Christian School for the first time or re-enrolling after attending a different school.

Registration Fees

Registration fees are annual fees that must accompany a signed Enrollment Contract. Registration fees are non-refundable. Registration fees for Junior High and High School include payment for a yearbook and a student body card for High School. Registration fees pay for student accident insurance, supplies and miscellaneous materials for all students. These fees also include books, workbooks, worksheets, etc. for Kindergarten through 8th Grade.

Bus Fees

Bus fees are charged on an annual basis and are not related to the number of days in a given month. Bus fees are due the first of each school month. There is a $5 per student discount per month as shown below for payments made prior to the 10th of each month. Bus fees are payable September through May.

Tuition: 2009 - 2010 FEE SCHEDULE

Tuition is charged on an annual basis and is not related to the number of days in a given month. Tuition payments are due on the first of each month. Payments received in the office by the end of the business day on the tenth of each month or postmarked by the tenth shall be discounted approximately $200.00 per year or as shown by the plans below for Kindergarten through High School. If the tenth occurs on a weekend or holiday, the deadlines will be extended to the next business day. A discount of $240.00 will be given for full year tuition paid prior to August 1. Please Note: All NSF checks will now require a $20.00 per item fee. All tuition and fees become delinquent at the end of the month in which they are due. A late fee of 2% will be charged to the account if the payment or postmark is not made by the 30th of the month. Students will not be allowed to attend school or use busses if accounts are not current by the 10th of the following month.

KINDERGARTEN
