Internal – New Event

Woohoo! Let the planning begin!

The purpose of this form is to give the Marketing & Advertising team some direction in helping you promote your event or fundraiser. We want your event to be as successful as possible. We are here to help!

After receiving your completed form, we will determine the best course of action for your event publicity. We will most likely be posting your event to facebook and instagram, as well as create a poster and/or flyers. Depending on the size of your event, we may use video, design banners, send out push notifications through our school app, etc. The skies the limit!

However… please know that in order for us to get all publications done in time and out to the public, we will need at least a 4 week notice before your event takes place. This gives us time to get organized, design your publications, schedule postings, printing time, etc.

We will automatically make an announcement slide to show while students are finding their seat and waiting for chapel to start. However, if you would like it mentioned in the "news" video or have a student involved come up and announce it, we need to know.
