Welcome to the Forest Lake Christian School bus program.
In order to enroll your student in the school bus program, you will need complete the following:
- Read the General Information Packet
- Sign the Ridership Registration & Behavior Plan of Action Form
- Return both forms to the Transportation Office with the appropriate fee.
In order to be eligible to ride a school bus, whether full time or part time, all students must have a current School Bus Ridership Annual Registration form and School Bus Behavior Plan of Action on file in the Transportation Office, and be enrolled at Forest Lake Christian School.
