Payment Plans

There are two payment methods available:

  1. Full Payment due before the start of the first quarter.

  2. Payment Plan | Families may choose a ten or *twelve-month payment plan. (*Students must be registered by June 1 to choose the twelve-month payment plan.)

Additional Information

Bus and parking Fee

Bus transportation is available to students. You must pre-register your student for the bus. Please visit our Bus Programs page for current pricing. Prices vary by ridership.

Students who drive to school will need to rent an assigned parking space for the academic year. The cost of parking depends on location. To arrange, please visit the FLCS high school office.

Entrance Assessment Fees

An entrance assessment is required for all new students and an online fee of $45.00 is charged for all students applying to Forest Lake Christian School for the first time or who attended another school and desire to return to FLCS. The entrance assessment is used for class planning and student placement. Testing fees are non-refundable. Please see Application Information for additional information about the application process.

Lunches and Student Store

Lunches are available for purchase at FLCS. Families must pre-pay through FACTS to purchase lunch at the Student Store. More information about lunch offerings is available under “Forms” in the student portal.

FACTS and FACTS SIS

FACTS is our payment processing system and is used to process the majority of fees throughout the school year. FACTS SIS is our enrollment and grading software. You will receive an email with a link to set up your FACTS and FACTS SIS account once your student is fully enrolled.

Registration Fee

An annual registration fee must be paid, and an online Enrollment Contract must be completed to enroll a student in FLCS. Registration fees cover student accident insurance, classroom supplies, and school improvements. For TK through 8th grade students, registration fees also assist with the cost of books and workbooks. High School students purchase or rent textbooks through an online provider. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Non-sufficient Funds: Returned payments are subject to a $30.00 per item fee, electronic corrections or adjustment fees will be assessed through FACTS Management Company.
